Throughout these successful cooperations, we learned a lot about every industry and specific problems and challenges companies face. New projects are a chance to learn something new; they are a precious source of new knowledge and experience. Every company and every project is different. Best Practices

In the delivery of our services, we use well established best practices. AWS's set of best practices is called 'Well-Architected.' It helps cloud architects build secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient infrastructure for their applications and workloads. The AWS Well-Architected Framework describes design principles, key concepts, and architectural best practices for designing and running workloads in the cloud.

AWS Well-Architected consists of five pillars: operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, and cost optimization.

• Operational Excellence Pillar - focuses on running and monitoring systems to deliver business value and continually improving processes and procedures. Key topics include automating changes, responding to events, and defining standards to manage daily operations.
• Security Pillar - focuses on protecting information and systems. Key topics include confidentiality and integrity of data, identifying and managing who can do what with privilege management, protecting systems, and establishing controls to detect security events.
• Reliability Pillar - focuses on ensuring a workload performs its intended function correctly and consistently when it's expected to. A resilient workload quickly recovers from failures to meet business and customer demand. Key topics include distributed system design, recovery planning, and how to handle change.
• Performance Efficiency Pillar - focuses on using IT and computing resources efficiently. Key topics include selecting the right resource types and sizes based on workload requirements, monitoring performance, and making informed decisions to maintain efficiency as business needs evolve.
• Cost Optimization Pillar - focuses on avoiding unnecessary costs. Key topics include understanding and controlling where the money is being spent, selecting the most appropriate and right number of resource types, analyzing spend over time, and scaling to meet business needs without overspending.

The addition to the AWS Well-Architected are AWS Well-Architected Lenses; they extend the guidance offered by AWS Well-Architected to specific industry and technology domain.

Certification

AWS has three types and three levels of certifications. Levels of certification are foundational, associate, professional. Types of certificates are architect, operations, developer.

The foundation level has one certificate called Cloud Practitioner - for a successful passing, a person needs to have at least six months of fundamental AWS Cloud and industry knowledge. The associate level has three certificates: Solution Architect, SysOps Administrator, Developer - for a successful passing, a person needs to have at least one year of experience solving problems and implementing solutions using the AWS.

The professional level has two certificates, Solution architect for architects and DevOps Engineer for operations and developers - for a successful passing, a person needs to have at least two years of comprehensive experience designing, operating, and troubleshooting solutions using the AWS Cloud.

We invest a lot of time into our employee's certification; we are proud to have employees with all levels and types of AWS certifications. In addition to AWS certificates, our engineers also have various Veeam, VMware, and Cisco certificates.
